Station 203: Haiku Collection 4

Deep sleep, with a sib
Cocooned from distant thunder
Sky studded with stars

Beneath the willow
Painted gold without a sun
Nourished by red stream

A dream, a vision
A job, a reality
A lifetime, withered

The bells tolling bright
Air ecstatic with voices
Melting frigid hearts

A darkened stranger
Without a home or a name
Flattened to the earth

Calm winds gently fly
Past the mountains, soaring high
Wondrous to the eye

The end of a path
Winding down, ready to spring
Ready to renew
